adolescence - 10 ml
Adults - 30 ml
elderly - 30 ml
You can take Rohitkarishta mixed with lukewarm water twice a day after meals.
How is Rohitkarishta medicine made?
To make this medicine, grind the bark of Rohida, then put the right amount of water in a utensil and let it become a decoction on low flame till ¼ of the water remains. After this take it off the flame.
Now mix honey flowers and jaggery in it and mix the rest of the medicine as well. Now keep it safe for at least a month. After that it is ready.
