How to make Vermicelli Payasam with condensed milk
Ingredients cooking time- 20 minutes, preparation time- 10 minute
Vermicelli crumbled 1/2 cup
Milk hot 4 cups
condensed milk 100 grams
Ghee 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Green cardamoms powder 4
Raisins 1/3 cup
Cashew nuts broken in to pieces 1/3 cup
Instructions
Heat 1/4 cup ghee in pressure cooker for about 2 minutes. Add vermicelli. Stir and fry till golden brown approximately 3 minutes. Add milk and sugar. Stir till sugar is dissolved.
Once the vermicelli is cooked, add condensed milk to it stir well..Close cooker.Bring to full pressure on medium heat, Reduce heat and cook for 1 minute.
Remove cooker heat. Reduce pressure by placing cooker in basin of cold water for about two minutes.
Open cooker. Add cardamom powder.
Place cooker in high heat. Cook till payasam is slightly thickened approximately 3 minute, stirring constantly.
In a pan, heat remaining ghee for about 2 minutes. Add cashew nuts and fry golden brown. Add raisins. Stir for a few seconds and pour into payasam. Stir and serve hot.

Yo you can use sugar free, jaggery instead of sugar.
Pa Pyasam is best when served cold.
