John Abraham's Healthy Protein Pasta Recipe

John Abraham is known for his fitness, even before he has told about his diet. Know today about his healthy pasta recipe. People like to eat pasta, how good it would be if it could be made super healthy along with being tasty.


Ingredients 

1 cup pasta made from soy

2 cups spinach leaves

1/4 cheese

a handful of basil leaves

3 tbsp olive oil

9 to 10 cashews

4 to 5 cloves


Instruction


1.Take pan, add water to it and let it boil, then add pasta and salt as per taste and let it boil for 15 minutes.


2. Now drain the hot water from the pasta and wash it with cold water.


3. Now blend the washed spinach leaves with cloves, basil and cashews. Blend again by adding 2 teaspoons olive oil and take it out in a bowl.


4. Take a pan, put 1 spoon of olive oil in it, then add spinach paste, black pepper powder and salt as per taste and stir.


5. When the pasta is well coated with spinach, turn off the flame. Grate cheese over it and serve.
